1 Introduction

Welcome to vd999. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vd999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vd999 website located at vd999.io and all associated services, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming content available on the platform.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by vd999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 2 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible player may hold one (1) account only on vd999. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different personal details, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date. vd999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party. vd999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity performed under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

In the event you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vd999 immediately at [email protected]. vd999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the affected account pending resolution.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vd999 operates a Know Your Customer verification process in line with good industry practice. You may be required to submit identification documents before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. vd999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. vd999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your vd999 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical failure or delay, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. vd999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages affecting mobile financial services.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. vd999 aims to process withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. vd999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in BDT. vd999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which vd999 accepts no responsibility. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a third party are borne entirely by the player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. vd999 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the platform from time to time. Players will be notified by their registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied, where reasonably practicable.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically without notice.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. vd999 does not alter game mechanics or RTP figures. 11 Limitation of Liability

vd999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vd999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to vd999 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Termination

You may close your vd999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements being met) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

vd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of vd999's operations or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of this Agreement, vd999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

13 Changes to Terms

vd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vd999 will notify registered players via their registered email or mobile number, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of vd999 following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using vd999 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
